Classes will gradually build internal heat and invite a flowing style of practice. Suitable for all levels of experience. Medium to high intensity.
A slow paced yoga class for people looking to slow down, settle, stretch and focus on present moment awareness. Includes a variety of gentle yoga postures, yoga techniques and simple breathing techniques. Suitable for beginners or athletes looking for recovery and mobilisation. Low intensity.
A settling comfortable practice, Restorative invites a deep felt sense of rest and inner calm. Move gently through an intentional series of supported 4 to 12 minute floor based postures to help you relax and generate essential energy through conscious rest. A slow floor based practice that incorporates deep postures and longer holds. Yin works with your energy-lines in your fascia and connective tissue. During Yin, you'll stretch deep muscles and ease tension using yoga props for stability and support. Suitable for all levels of experience. Low intensity.

A gentle yoga class dedicated to beginners or yogis looking to practice with an intentional beginners mind. Yoga Foundations will introduce you to the practice of yoga and provide energetic guidance. Learn seated, standing and floor based postures and simple breathing techniques. Each class will be slow paced and focus on one style or concept.
A Private Yoga Practice with Tracey will be designed to help you deepen your yoga practice or address specific concerns. You'll get individual guidance and assistance with postures and techniques.
