Our partnership with Michael Armstrong Art is something special. Michael (Mike) is a benevolent figurative artist, painter, and photographer passionate about the human form and humankind. Armstrong aims to convey a deep inner emotional expression through his work rather than only describing the external form. He creates emotive allegories based on themes of love, loss, pain, shame and hope. His contemporary works draw on real-life situations, a wealth of literary sources, and intensely personal, psychological symbolism. Armstrong has a strong social conscience, and his works engage deeply with humanitarian issues. His art is an expression of a moment and a reflection of a lifetime. Mike runs private and small group art training from our studio, and his works are displayed in the studio. 

We're in grateful collaboration with Peter and Connie of HUM Sound Therapy. Using a variety of instruments—including Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Native American Flute, Didgeridoo, Drums, Chimes, and more—the couple create powerful sound journeys designed to expand awareness, relieve stress, and promote deep healing. Together, they have developed a heart-centred approach to sound healing, creating unique and immersive sound experiences that allow you to feel deeply into your heart. HUM faciliate quarterly Sound Healing events in studio.

We share our studio with Rogue BJJ Studios - a revolutionary Brazilian Jujitsu community for everyday people who want to learn martial arts and combat sports in a supportive, injury-aware, and welcoming space. Rogue offers people more than just a workout. They aim to help members develop mental and physical discipline because they teach with depth, safety, and real-world application. Rogue is owned and led by Head Coach and Australian Army Veteran Mike Armstrong. He runs Rogue with members, for members. Many members attend yoga with us, and we support the balance that yoga brings to BJJ training.
