5 - 8 March 2027 at Murrah Dream Retreat, NSW
This restorative yoga and nourishing Ayurveda retreat invites you to slow down in a beautiful natural environment. Step away from daily demands, reduce burnout, and gain mental clarity through intentional rest, nourishing food, and personal reflection.
Guided by experienced yoga teacher and Ayurveda health advisor, Tracey Murray, this exquisite yoga and food retreat provides a peaceful, grounding space to unplug, enjoy simple, wholesome, fresh food, feed your soul, rest deeply, be in nature, and reconnect with a clearer sense of yourself.
Slow living at Murrah Dream Retreat

Our retreat location is Murrah Dream Retreat, an intimate eco-retreat centre set on 30 acres of pristine Australian bush, complete with a secluded beach and lagoon, freshwater swimming, an ionised infinity pool and spectacular views.
The healing energy emanating from this sacred land holds space for rejuvenation, inspiration, meditation and connection to nature and self. We will practice yoga in nature and in the Sound Dome, overlooking the beautiful surrounds where wildlife abounds, including kangaroos, black cockatoos, kookaburras and eagles.
Accommodation will be in a shared retreat main house that sleeps 13 people. Plenty of dedicated private and shared spaces let you nest, rest, unwind and explore.
Over 4 days on the New South Wales South Coast, be guided through gentle movement, stillness, breath, and meditation to release stress at its root. We'll enhance this by mindfully preparing and eating Ayurvedic meals together to support clarity, digestive ease, and quiet contentment. Restorative yoga practices, Vedic meditation, being in nature and Ayurvedic wisdom will support that process, guiding you to release accumulated stress, build presence, and cultivate a profound sense of well-being.
There won’t be a set lecture at this retreat. We will follow the rhythm of the day, help each other where required, relax and lean into rest. We'll include some activities, with lots of space to integrate and unwind. Alone time, light walks after meals, ocean and freshwater swimming, reading, deep chats, journalling, sitting and watching the world go by, herbal tea and deep, routine sleep will be encouraged.
