Ghee has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years due to its health benefits and medicinal properties. A cooking guide and jar of freshly prepared ghee will be provided to participants to take home.

Unwind, de-stress and de-clutter your mind as you uncover a sense of ease and clarity beyond the demands of everyday life. This 60-minute Yoga class is the perfect blend of movement, deep stretching, breathing and calm. It includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and a balancing asana (postures) practice followed by Q&A.
