An Ayurveda Health Consultation is a detailed, personalised conversation about your health on every level, to understand why you're feeling the way you are and what you can do to feel better. The session looks deeply at your natural tendencies and aligns them with your current state. It provides simple, practical solutions to help you restore balance, creating ease and freedom. It isn't just done because there's a problem. It's done because it's time to grow and evolve.
Your consultation will include two parts. The first part is reflection and assessment. When you book your consultation, you'll get an email link to complete a Client Wellness Questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of a series of questions about you, your life, and your symptoms, including aspects such as sleep patterns, medications, food habits, and family history. Your advisor, Tracey Murray, will have access to your Client Wellness Questionnaire prior to your consultation to initiate the assessment process, providing a deep understanding of what's going on for you on every level.
The second part is about clarity and advice. At this point, you'll meet with Tracey either in person (preferably) or through Zoom to consult, discuss and consider all the information you provided in your Client Wellness Questionnaire. Tracey may ask further questions for clarity and discuss openly and honestly what could be happening for you, based on the principles of Ayurveda. You'll receive clarity on the principles, advice on immediate actions, and information on gradual steps you can take to help you feel better and return to balance.
Every Ayurveda Health Consultation is private and confidential. The consultation is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, identify with your tendencies, and consider the root cause of any issues you may be experiencing in your life.
After your consultation, a follow-up session is recommended to share experiences, ask questions, help keep you on track and understand the process. Often, the follow-up session is where deeply rooted issues can be untangled and affirmed. You'll get further valuable advice in this session, including future next steps you can take to help you restore and heal yourself.
