Your Yoga & Ayurveda Lifestyle Program

Connect back to your nature and your whole health needs

The Flow and Food personal lifestyle program is an 8-week individual program to understand the root cause of your imbalance, return you to balance and reset your digestion of food and life. Programs are privately guided 1-1 by Ayurveda health advisor and yoga teacher, Tracey Murray.


We will begin with an introduction to Ayurveda and begin to evaluate what is going on in your life and your current state of health, including what doshas are present in your prakriti (balanced state of health) as well as your vikriti (current state of imbalance). We will identify your main intentions, goals and outcomes of this journey and put in place our journey plan.


We will create a 2-month journey plan including:

  • Ayurvedic Cooking Practice
  • Mindful Eating Plan
  • Mind Medicine Reflection
  • 7 x Day Complete Digestive (Agni) Reset Plan
  • 7 x Intuitive Energy Practice Recordings
  • Understanding of the four pillars of health
  • Development and adoption of a daily routine (Dinacharya)
  • Physical Yoga practice and guidance
  • Breathwork
  • Self-study practice using resources and recordings


Your 2-month program includes:

  • 4 x fortnightly sessions, 2.5 hours in length
  • In studio or online
  • 8 x weeks of access to Flow and Food in-studio yoga classes
  • A guided, gradual framework and personalised journey plan
  • Four 30-minute check-in calls
  • A series of practical resources
  • A series of practice recordings
  • Constant support and accountability
