Yoga & Ayurveda Lifestyle Personal Program

Connect back to your nature and your whole health needs

The Flow and Food personal lifestyle program is an 8-week individual program to understand the root cause of your imbalance, return you to balance and reset your digestion of food and life. Programs are privately guided 1-1 by Ayurveda health advisor and yoga teacher, Tracey Murray.


You will:

  • Discover how to create balanced meals for strong digestion (Agni)
  • Understand how nature, your actions and circumstances affect you
  • Practice Ayurvedic cooking
  • Practice mindful eating
  • Understand and reset your digestion (Agni)
  • Grasp the concepts of the energies of nature
  • Understand and implement the four pillars of health
  • Develop and adopt a daily routine (dinacharya)
  • Practice asana, pranayama and meditation
  • Practice self-study using resources and recordings
  • Be supported with Intuitive Energy Practice recordings


Your program includes:

  • A free wellness call to meet, clarify your needs and ask questions
  • A guided, gradual framework and personalised program plan
  • Four 2.5-hour in-person 1-1 sessions
  • An Ayurveda Health Consultation
  • Four 30-minute check-in calls
  • A series of practical PDF resources
  • A series of practice recordings
  • Dedicated guidance and support for 8 weeks
