Mike is a professional multidisciplinary artist, martial artist, self-defence teacher, and yoga practitioner. He is passionate about balanced health and believes our breath is central to wellness. After 23 years in the Army, Yoga, BJJ and Art have helped Mike make sense of and heal deep wounds. Kind, clear and empathetic, Mike continues to serve his community generously.
Koko blends her Eastern roots with Daoist philosophy and a deep embodiment of the way of being. Intuitive, playful and spiritual, Koko is a deep thinker. Expect to receive clarity, loving care, relaxation, stillness and spiritual empowerment with Koko. She creatively holds space with love and compassion to empower others to return to themselves and deeply connect with each moment.
Sally is a curious and dynamic yoga teacher full of wanderlust. She offers a combination of astrology, yoga, and intuitive business guidance to help people rediscover their truth and align with their purpose. Sally's Gemini energy keeps her buzzing with ideas and conversations, while her Sagittarius rising inspires her to explore, teach, and live with an adventurous spirit.
Squish is an adored member of our team, owned by Tracey and Mike. An English bulldog, he gets about town by their side and loves everybody at the studio. He happily greets everybody in the studio, offering presence, play and comfort. He generates smiles everywhere, especially when he sleepily snores during yoga classes. In 2023, he was immortalised as Rogue BJJ Canberra mascot.
