We're planning a unique and beautifully aligned Art and Meditation training course in the second half of 2025. Mindful Art Training will be detailed and potent; we can’t wait to share it! As partners in business and life, Mike Armstrong and Tracey Murray will facilitate and teach the training to an intimate and dedicated group. We’re working on the syllabus now. The course will take place over a few months, starting in September 2025.
We will explore how to spark creativity when in a calm state, what that looks and feels like, and why it matters. Participants will gain formal art training, including portraiture, life drawing, and still-life drawing experience. Also, a beginner's framework for effective meditation to form and strengthen neural pathways in the brain. There will be lots of practice and lots of reflection.
This training is for everybody, including creatives and those who think they don't have a creative bone in their body.' Places are limited.
This training will be offered once in 2025. Please submit your Expression of Interest using the form below. We look forward to hearing from you.
This unique yoga beginners' course will help you journey into the foundations of Hatha Yoga and the fundamentals of Ayurveda. Learn the essential ‘on the mat’ elements of using postures (Asanas) to cultivate a steady mind and liberate energy and how to use your breath (pranayama) to build and direct your energy for healing and self-empowerment. Gain the knowledge of the science of life, Ayurveda, and learn how to ‘off the mat’ and apply nature-based principles to heal your body and bring balance. Learn self-care practices to purify your system and understand the impact of food and activities to inform your choices. Ayurveda teaches us that food nourishes the body, mind, and spirit, creating a balanced foundation for your overall health.
Classes will be developed progressively and offered slowly to ensure you have the time and space to understand the HOW and WHY of what you’re doing. This course will support you in building a strong physical foundation in your yoga practice and help you make informed lifestyle choices for better health. This course is suitable for everyone. If you think you’re not flexible enough to ‘do yoga’, you no longer care for food, or you’ve tried all the fad diets and are over-calorie counting, then this course is for you.
We offer this course several times per year. Please submit your Expression of Interest in participating in the next course using the form below. We look forward to hearing from you.

"Just completed the Summer Flow, Cook And Connect summer workshop. This is the second workshop I have attended, and I learned even more than the first. Tracey has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and health and shares it freely with all who attend. This was the first workshop at the new Mandala Studio in Lyneham. It is such a beautiful and welcoming space. It is a great place to learn new skills, make new friends, practice yoga and cook delicious whole food.
I look forward to attending the next workshop in a few months." - Megan H.
"Tracey's yoga brand caters to everyone from beginners to the experts. Her gentle nature provides an incredibly safe and welcoming environment to practice and unwind. I recently attended a Flow-cook-connect day where we met at the local farmers market, gathered fresh ingredients, and returned to the studio for some practice, cooking, connection, and more practice. The day was incredibly refreshing after a busy start to the year; I had the best night's sleep in months following this session and am eagerly looking forward to the next." - Dan B.
