BEGIN is the perfect starting point for those who are just discovering the magic of yoga, for those coming back to their yoga journey after being away, for those who may just be curious, and for those who just want to peel things right back to basics. Practice beginner-level physical yoga poses and basic breathing techniques to develop knowledge and get more familiar with what you’re doing. HATHA is your traditional hatha yoga practice that gives you the time and space to truly focus on being in the present moment. Experience presence in yoga postures to lengthen, open, and strengthen your body with plenty of stillness to soothe, focus and settle your mind. Practice longer holds with attention on posture alignment and breath to tap into your personal power and create a sense of steadiness. UNWIND provides space to reconnect with yourself, de-stress, and uncover a sense of ease and clarity beyond the demands of everyday life. This class is the perfect blend of movement, deep stretching and breathing. Experience grounding yoga postures and breath awareness to release tension and encourage presence. NOURISH is your dedicated regular Ayurveda study group that explores life knowledge and personal practices for healing and self-discovery. Learn about quality nourishment based on Ayurveda principles and self-care practices to cleanse, clear and purify your system. Discuss Ayurvedic theory and explore intuition practices designed to help you heal, bring balance and enhance your yoga practice. Attendance is encouraged regularly to develop knowledge and connect to inner wisdom to live an inspired, luminous life.
HEAL is a beautiful offering to observe sound, reframe your thoughts, and cultivate an enduring presence. As you lay down for the class, you'll be guided through mindful breathing and effortless Vedic Meditation techniques to let go of mind clutter so you can find space to feel expansive, refreshed and settled. The harmonic vibrations of 432Hz tuned sound healing instruments support depth of experience by amplifying your relaxation response, supporting profound inner calm.
YIN actively works with connective tissue, stretches deep muscles and embraces yogic philosophy. The Chinese medicine-based practice stimulates energy lines in the body to increase circulation and ease nervous tension as a meditative form of yoga. Expect to sink into floor-based stretches for 3-5 minutes and embrace mindfulness as you observe sensations and thoughts. This fosters mental clarity and emotional balance.
