Ayurveda is our system of natural healing. Yoga is our system of spiritual liberation and together they form a holistic health system. There is no separating Yoga and Ayurveda. They bring peace, clarity and truth to who we are and what we do. Every choice moves us toward sattva (qualities of balance and harmony), or away from it.
Understanding yourself is essential to your prevention, recovery and longevity. With knowledge, develop the skills to nurture and heal yourself. Start to notice patterns of behaviour with the guiding principles of Ayurveda and the tools of Yoga. Your commitment and your attitude is key.
We are divinely designed to be healthy (revelation!) and everybody is different. In creating a stable personal routine, your true health will reveal itself over time. When practiced with consistency things will start to shift and you'll find a personal approach that works for you. Our Lifestyle Programs personally guide this private process with clients.
Simplicity. Even the word feels calm. Through lifestyle programs, we explain clients through the traditional life knowledge that is Ayurveda in simple terms. Also, we guide yoga, breath and meditation practices that will be personally beneficial to you. We aim to empower you to create your own lifestyle and diet practices to serve yourself. In doing so, you will feel the effects and your choices will positively influence those around you.
Because life wiggles and is never straight, we approach practice with compassion to what's been done, what we're doing and where we're at. With flow and food, experience your authentic, true potential. There's only opportunity, not judgement.
There's nothing better than the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda to serve how we want to be in life. The two together help make this journey enjoyable as they bring peace within us and peace around us. Ayurveda shows us how we can feel good to ready ourselves more for our Yoga practices and not let accumulation of poor living take over.
