The Flow and Food personal lifestyle program provides a step-by-step framework to improve your digestion of food and life. It provides authentic information and guidance to benefit your mind, body, and spirit, and it includes 1-1 yoga and 1-1 Ayurveda practices. Benefits will include clarity, even energy, consistent body temperature, quality sleep, bright outlook, enthusiasm and affection, immunity, balanced weight and appetite, regular elimination, calm temperament and sound sleep.
Learn how to create balanced meals and grasp how nature influences you. You'll cultivate and liberate energy and understand what mindful eating habits you can adopt to improve your digestion. Expect to develop and adopt a healthy routine (dinacharya), practice Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), and meditation, and do lots of Ayurvedic cooking and eating with Tracey! As you move through the program, you will discover more about yourself and what you prefer and need. You'll start to apply Ayurvedic principles and simply observe how your choices influence and effect you.
