This 90-minute Yoga and Ayurveda session offers a 60 minute yoga class and a 30 minute wellness talk. You'll receive an overview to energetic food quality concepts and a short talk through some simple at home practices to support balance.

She's passionate about the ancient science of Ayurveda and offers authentic advice. Tracey teaches yoga from a place of personal practice. She's intuitive and qualified to ensure you get a good experience.
Tracey offers a variety of classes for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Chair yoga for office workers is an option. Classes are tailored to the needs of the group and are designed to help stabilise minds, mobilise bodies and reduce stress levels.
